简介：穿透素(pentraxin) 蛋白家族是一类具有五聚体结构的急性期反应蛋白，著名的有CRP和SNP。穿透素在机体的天然免疫过程中发挥重要的保护作用。PTX3能识别微生物入侵与炎症信号。在炎症早期，嗜中性粒细胞大量存在，是PTX3的主要源。一旦组织损伤或感染，在血液凝结过程中嗜中性粒细胞大量释放PTX3到血清中，PTX3的量急剧增多。

人穿透素3（PTX3）ELISA试剂盒可定量检测血浆或培养基中天然的和重组的PTX3。
