Genesci Inc. is a biotechnology company established in March 2008. Young as it is, Genesci has a dedicated team in which the key members are senior professionals with extensive experience in global life science products distribution market. We focus on research reagents/instruments, clinical diagnostics and drug discovery, and provide the first class of products and service to our customers. Organization and Sales Network:

Genesci has a broad sales network. Except for the headquarters at Beijing, we have branches in Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Tianjing. In addition to our direct sales representatives who are committed to follow the management of individual region managers, each branch has also developed secondary (and even tertiary) dealers that have covered most capital cities in China.

Customer Resource:

Genesci has a very detailed customer database which includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, research fields, projects/grants and budgets. We are continuing the collection and updating the list via all our market research and sales activities (such as collection of government grant directory, purchasing market analysis reports, maintaining good relationships with those opinion leaders, sponsoring scientific events and regular visiting, seminars, workshops, etc.). Under the guidance of this research result our sales can visit the target customers efficiently. Our product manager and technical supports will work together with sales to analyze the first hand information and make right packages to approach the potential users.

Technical Support:

Genesci have formed a professional technical support team for customers and sales representatives training and customer service. We are also planning to establish a technical support lab, through cooperation with the existing resources, for service and training. Genesci will provide overall technical service to all Genesci’s customers in China, no matter who are our direct customers or customers of the sub-dealers.
